The Vermont Army National Guard is seeking quotations for hotel accommodations in Bennington and Burlington, Vermont. The requirement includes 2 single occupancy rooms and 37 double occupancy rooms for 2 nights in Bennington, and 3 single occupancy rooms and 55 double occupancy rooms for 3 nights in Burlington. The hotels must be within 30 miles of the specified locations, have attached private bathrooms, linens, pillows, towels, and housekeeping services, and provide a free continental breakfast and fitness center. The contractor shall provide all lodging, coordination, and related services necessary to ensure a seamless and secure stay for participants.
• The hotels must meet standards appropriate for official U.S. government-sponsored events.
• The quotation must include itemized nightly room rates, taxes, service charges, and breakfast inclusion.
• The rates must remain fixed for the duration of the contract.
• The contractor shall provide a block of rooms at the same hotel property for the requested dates.
