The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified and licensed general contractors to demolish the existing Cargo Warehouse and refurbish the exterior of the existing office building at the Gallows Bay Marine Facility on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. The scope of work includes demolition, concrete repair, walkway wall repair, security camera and electrical relocation, light installation, and fence installation. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the services. • The bid deadline is 12/10/2025. • A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 11/18/2025. • The Authority has established procurement rules, including requirements for surety bonds and insurance. • The successful respondent must comply with all airport security requirements and aviation security procedures.
