Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a lease for a minimum of 10,130 Net Usable Square Feet to a maximum of 12,232 Rentable Square feet of contiguous space in the Raleigh, NC area for the Raleigh VA Dental Clinic. The lease term will be 20 years, with a 10-year firm term and two 5-year option periods. The space must meet specific requirements, including being located in a modern quality building with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the Lease Contracting Officer. The space must also have 20 operatory stations and meet certain security requirements. Offerors must provide a detailed floor plan, a revised cost estimate, and other information as specified in the RLP.
