This solicitation seeks a contractor to execute a comprehensive pedestrian‑improvement project spanning approximately 0.8 mile from McDaniel Farm Park to Satellite Boulevard in Gwinnett County, GA. The work includes extensive earthwork, curb and gutter installation, concrete sidewalk and trail construction, storm‑drain pipe installation, asphalt resurfacing, signal upgrades, and a pedestrian bridge, along with associated landscaping and trim. The County will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bid, with full‑value performance and payment bonds required.
