Campus Chillers Maintenance

The State University of New York at SUNY-DHSU Downstate Health Sciences University will receive sealed bids for Campus Chillers Maintenance until 12:00 p.m. local time on February 18, 2026 at 811 New York Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. For this maintenance services (not construction) project, SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY-DHSU”) solicits bids from qualified bidders, and the bidder with the lowest bid will be selected to provide maintenance services for absorption and compression chillers located in five chiller plants. The period of performance is for five years, starting on January 1, 2027, and ending on December 31, 2032. The Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule is PRC# 2025014995. All work on this Contract is to be completed by December 31, 2032.
