Description
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver full construction services for the new MNPS Hillwood Early Learning Center. The scope covers demolition of existing conditions, site grading, utility installation, concrete work, masonry, structural steel, roofing (EPDM membrane system), sheet‑metal flashing and trim, door and window assemblies, fire‑rated hardware, interior finishes, ADA‑compliant routes, and related site improvements such as sidewalks and parking. The project is fully designed; the contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, sub‑contractors, and all required permits, warranties, and insurance.
• Demolition, excavation, grading, and utility installation (sewer, water, storm)
• Building envelope work: EPDM roofing, sheet‑metal flashing, gutters, downspouts, and roof‑edge fascia
• Door and window hardware, fire‑rated assemblies, and associated electrical access‑control devices
• Interior finish systems, ADA‑compliant ramps, handrails, and site‑work (sidewalks, parking, landscaping)
• Mandatory warranty periods (20‑year system warranty for roofing, 5‑year contractor warranty) and performance‑bond requirements.
