ALSO Laboratory Support Operations

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is seeking a contractor to provide laboratory support operations, including facility management, laboratory reconfiguration operations, logistics support, and construction. The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified supervision, personnel, and services to support the laboratory operations of the four AFRL Technical Directorates (AFRL/TD) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, and Ft. Sam Houston, TX. The contract will include a base year and four option years, with a total period of performance of 60 months. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental statutes, regulations, and policies. • The contractor will provide logistics support, including equipment management, calibration, and maintenance. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the security and accountability of all government equipment and property. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable safety and health regulations, including OSHA and Air Force Occupational Safety and Health standards. • The contractor will be responsible for managing hazardous materials and waste, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive equipment management program, including inventory management, calibration, and maintenance. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all contractor personnel are properly trained and certified to perform their duties.
