Description
The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity to provide Multi-Prime Construction Management services for the Riverside Police Headquarters Construction Project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing general oversight of the project phases, ensuring a quality project completed on schedule and within budget. The scope of services includes pre-construction work, construction administration, change management, quality control, safety inspection, and document control.
• The project involves developing and updating the overall project schedule and budget
• Construction administration and change management
• Monitoring quality of construction via regular jobsite inspections
• Testing, startup, and commissioning monitoring
• Construction safety inspection
• Technical data entry and document control
• Closing out the project
