Description
The 11th Security Forces Squadron (11 SFS) requires an operational system, with warranty repair, that includes Viken Detection's Raven-CPAK handheld scanners and all associated equipment. The system must visualize scans to enhance search operations and safeguard installation security. This is a Brand Name Only requirement, and offers will be selected based on the requested item's technical ability and price. The contract has a fixed price arrangement, and the contractor must deliver the items within 8 weeks of the date of award receipt.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor must report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor must use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for invoicing and payment requests.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation, export control, and human trafficking.
