HVAC System Design & Installation Project

The Sequoia Union High School District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide HVAC System Design and Installation Services at Woodside High School Multiuse Room, District Purchasing & Reprographics Room, and Carlmont High School Library. The project includes a turnkey design and construction project, with the selected firm providing all necessary engineering, material procurement, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, components, and disposal. The firm will also be responsible for providing a complete, fully operational system with no exclusions or requirements for the District to provide or install any additional equipment, wiring, programming, software, or licenses. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid walk and site visit. • The firm must provide a cost proposal, firm information, relevant project experience, and references. • The District will evaluate the proposals based on firm information, relevant project experience, project work plan, and project cost proposal. • The selected firm will be required to enter into a contract with the District and provide services as detailed in the RFP.
