The Alabama Educational Television Commission (APTV) is seeking a single, turnkey Auto Script teleprompter system (or approved equivalent) for its State House Studio in Montgomery. The contract includes supply of all hardware, removal of the existing system, on‑site installation, integration with the existing newsroom control system (Octopus NCRS via MOS gateway), and a two‑year warranty with full service support. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit, submit questions by the specified deadline, and deliver the equipment within 30 days of order receipt.
• Turn‑key IP‑based teleprompter solution (Auto Script or equivalent) with WinPlus‑IP, WP‑IPKG, EPIC‑IP19XL monitor package, and CLOCKPLUS‑IP tally system.
