Leadership and Employment Transition Services for Military-affiliated Individuals

The City of Norfolk is seeking a contractor to develop and deliver a leadership development program for military-affiliated individuals, including veterans, military spouses, military dependents, and transitioning service members. The program aims to strengthen professional leadership skills and provide support for career-building in the civilian workforce. The contractor will be responsible for developing and delivering a cohort-based leadership program, providing individualized leadership development plans, and tracking participant progress. The program will be delivered in-person, virtually, or through a hybrid model, and the contractor will be required to provide quarterly progress reports and participate in quarterly surveys to measure the program's effectiveness.
