Description
The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development requires maintenance services for specialized laboratory instruments used by the Bonifacino research group. The contractor shall provide full-service maintenance support for government-owned laboratory instruments, including annual preventive maintenance, on-demand repair services, and technical support. The contractor must ensure all equipment remains in safe, reliable, and fully operational condition throughout the period of performance. Key deliverables include completion of preventive maintenance services, service reports, and timely repair and restoration of equipment functionality.
• Perform annual preventive maintenance for each covered instrument
• Provide on-demand repair services, including troubleshooting and corrective actions
• Supply all required replacement parts, consumables, labor, and travel necessary to complete maintenance and repairs
• Provide technical support and respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Perform software updates, patches, and system checks when available and applicable
