The solution must provide a full‑feature mental‑health platform (iOS, Android, web) with a large content library (5,000+ hours of audio/video), implementation support, launch strategy, training webinars, on‑site engagement day, and ongoing professional services such as newsletters and monthly live experiences. The pilot will cover up to 15,000 Airmen and civilian employees, each eligible for up to five family invites.
