The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking information from vendors to design, develop, and deliver mobile kiosk units as prototypes to test in the field. These kiosks will provide survivors with a self-service option to apply for assistance, upload documents, check on their case status, and access services from other federal and state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) agencies. The kiosks must meet FEMA's technical, accessibility, security, and operational requirements, and be compact, portable, and equipped with necessary features such as ADA compliance, privacy measures, internet connectivity, and integration with disasterassistance.gov.
• The kiosks will be used to streamline routine processes, freeing up staff to focus on more complex survivor needs.
• The kiosks will be retained, stored, and transported by FEMA as needed.
• The contractor will ensure the kiosks are equipped with necessary features, such as document upload capability, privacy measures, and security features.
• The kiosks will provide survivors with the option to connect with a FEMA call center agent for assistance.
• The contractor will provide maintenance and service support for a period of one year following delivery.
