Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Services

Workforce Solutions Cameron is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services for 33 staff members with an annual payroll of approximately $2.5 million. The selected provider will be responsible for administering all benefit plans, including health insurance, and providing web-enabled, fully automated services with a fully integrated HRIS system. The provider must also maintain a master group single employer health insurance benefit plan and honor state and calendar tax caps for SUTA, FUTA, and Social Security. • Key services include: • Administration of all benefit plans • Web-enabled, fully automated services with a fully integrated HRIS system • Maintenance of a master group single employer health insurance benefit plan • Honor state and calendar tax caps for SUTA, FUTA, and Social Security • Capability to bid in an unbundled, transparent format • Allow clients to have insurance plans outside their master group plans • Full administration of all benefit plans, including those sponsored by and not sponsored by the PEO
