Description
The Department of State Hospitals - Atascadero is seeking bids for Roof Maintenance and Repair Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary machinery, equipment, and personnel to perform the services. The term of the agreement is anticipated to be March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2029. The bidder must have a minimum of ten years' experience performing work of this type and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. The bidder must also provide proof of insurance and meet other requirements as specified in the IFB.
