Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical public‑sector pool‑maintenance contracts for a medium‑sized county (12 pools, chemicals, labor, emergency response, and training), annual spend usually falls between $200,000 and $500,000. The lower bound assumes minimal chemical usage and modest labor rates; the upper bound accounts for higher‑frequency emergency calls, extensive equipment repair, and premium chemical formulations.
