HVAC Unit Replacement

The Greenville Electric Utility System (GEUS) is seeking a qualified contractor to replace two rooftop HVAC units at their Customer Service Building. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement and disposal of the existing units. The new units must meet or exceed industry standards for energy efficiency and must be installed in accordance with all applicable local and state regulations. The contractor will also be required to provide a warranty for the equipment and workmanship for at least one year. • The replacement of two rooftop HVAC units, including removal and disposal of existing units • Installation of new energy-efficient HVAC units that meet or exceed industry standards • Compliance with all applicable local and state regulations • Provision of a warranty for equipment and workmanship for at least one year • Coordination with GEUS staff to ensure minimal downtime of HVAC systems
