Description
The State of California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide mobile diagnostic radiology (X‑ray) and ultrasound services to its Veterans Home facilities, beginning with the Veterans Home of California in Yountville. The contractor must supply fully licensed and certified radiology and ultrasound technicians, operate mobile units on‑site, meet strict response times for routine and STAT orders, and adhere to extensive California privacy, insurance, and DVBE/Small‑Business participation requirements.
• Services include on‑site X‑ray imaging (Chest, Extremities, Spine, etc.) and ultrasound studies (cardiac, Doppler, abdominal, etc.) with 24/7 STAT capability.
• All work must be performed by California‑licensed personnel and documented in compliance with HIPAA, state health‑care regulations, and CalVet’s reporting protocols.
• Mandatory walkthrough (August 20 2026) is required, and the bid must include a complete set of certifications, rate sheets, and compliance declarations.
