Description
The Navajo Nation Division of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified, Navajo‑owned, Priority‑1 certified vendor to provide, deliver, service, and remove portable restroom units for two major events in 2026: the Home of the Navajo PRCA Rodeo (May 29‑31) and the 78th Navajo Nation Fair (Sept 8‑13). The contractor must supply ADA‑compliant units, hand‑washing stations, consumables, waste‑tank management, and overnight cleaning, while complying with insurance, tax, and indemnity requirements.
• Supply 40 portable restrooms for the Rodeo and 70 for the Fair (total 110 units).
• Provide all necessary consumables (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, etc.) and continuous cleaning/maintenance throughout each event.
• Deliver units before each event, remove them after, and manage waste removal; up to 50 % of the contract value may be subcontracted.
• Must be a Navajo‑owned, Priority‑1 certified business and meet specific insurance and tax withholding obligations.
