Description
The Port Arthur Economic Development Corporation is seeking a contractor to provide landscape and irrigation maintenance services for the Spur 93 and Jade Avenue Business Park. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the park's landscaping, including mowing, edging, and trimming, as well as performing irrigation system maintenance, including checking for leaks and adjusting nozzles. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
• The contractor must have experience in landscaping and irrigation maintenance.
• The contractor must provide comprehensive responses to every section within the RFP.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, orders, regulations, and codes of the federal, state, and local governments relating to performance of work.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and professional liability.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their irrigator license and state pesticide applicator license.
