Rowan University is seeking a qualified photography firm to provide comprehensive senior‑portrait services for approximately 4,000 graduating seniors. The vendor must supply all equipment, staffing, and post‑production support, deliver one high‑resolution digital portrait per student at no cost to the student, and manage ordering and fulfillment of prints and digital products. The contract is a one‑year term beginning July 1 2026, with up to five optional one‑year renewals.
