Description
The Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is seeking a broadband internet service provider (ISP) to provide services. The contractor must have a signed Network Services Agreement and Broadband ISP Technical Addendum with WaTech to participate. The contractor will be evaluated based on the cost and timeline of their proposed solution. The contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest price for each site.
• The contractor must provide individual pricing for each site, including all costs associated with delivering the requested service.
• The contractor must complete the Cost Model in Appendix A, which includes information such as site name, site address, and guaranteed install interval.
• The contractor must provide a written response to each mandatory requirement column in the excel Cost Model Form.
• The contractor must agree to comply with the NSA, Technical Addendum, and WaTech Procurement document if selected.
