Description
The City of Asheville is soliciting bids for the construction of sidewalk, curb and gutter, crosswalk striping, pedestrian signal crossings, curb ramps, and adjustment and relocation of utilities along NC 280 Airport Road, from the southernmost entrance to Walmart to US 25 Hendersonville Road. The project requires bidders to submit a unit or lump sum price for every item in the bid form and to provide a payment performance bond and a performance payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The City of Asheville has adopted the Asheville Business Inclusion Policy to encourage women and minority businesses' participation in the public bidding process.
