Employee Relations Review Consultant

Adams County is seeking a consultant to perform a comprehensive review of the County's human resources processes and operations related to employee relations, with emphasis on issues involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. The goal of the review is to evaluate how effectively employee issues are managed, identify areas of legal and operational risk, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices. The consultant should have extensive experience as either a human resources professional or attorney in handling employee relations matters. The project is expected to involve evaluating current human resource systems and processes, internal investigation procedures, documentation and record keeping systems, employee complaints, and training of employees and management. The consultant will produce a report with findings and recommendations to the County Attorney's Office.
