Description
The 349th Force Support Squadron at Travis AFB seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to provide, install, configure, and support a commercial‑off‑the‑shelf digital Queue Management System (QMS) that will replace the current manual check‑in process. The effort is a Firm‑Fixed‑Price RFQ, total‑small‑business set‑aside, and includes delivery of hardware, software licensing (if applicable), on‑site installation, configuration, training, and ongoing technical support. The contractor must supply new equipment only, meet all security requirements, and provide a warranty as outlined in the SOW. Offerors must submit a financial‑institution statement confirming sufficient resources and must respond by the deadline of 14 Sep 2026.
• Deliver a COTS digital QMS (hardware + software) for the administrative kiosk.
• Install and configure the system at Travis AFB, CA.
• Provide initial training for FSS personnel and ongoing support/maintenance.
• Supply robust analytics capability for leadership reporting.
• Comply with Air Force security requirements (TAFB Security Requirements).
• Submit a Firm Fixed Price quote, valid for at least 60 calendar days.
• Must be a small business; no refurbished equipment accepted.
