Description
The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide automotive glass repair and replacement services for various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend. Vendors must provide proof of compliance with the Domestic Product Procurement Act (Buy American) Preference. The state agency will request written quotes from all awarded contractors for specific category line items needed. The contractor with the lowest cost that meets the state agency's needs shall be considered the "lowest and best" quote response and awarded the specific project.
• The scope of work includes providing automotive glass repair and replacement services for various locations throughout the State of Missouri.
• The contractor shall provide the services on an as-needed, if-needed basis.
• The state agency reserves the right to request any of the contractor's personnel assigned to provide the services be removed without just cause.
• The contractor shall understand and agree that all terms and conditions of the contract shall apply to all quotes for Statewide Automotive Glass Repair/Replacement Services Qualified Vendor's List (QVL).
• The contractor must respond to the state agency quote requests in writing by the timeframe indicated by the state agency.
