Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture Pesticide Management is seeking a quote for software support, maintenance, and hosting services for their USAPLANTS database. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the software application, providing support and maintenance services, and ensuring the software operates in accordance with the documentation and performance standards. The vendor will also provide product management to assist in coordinating support activities and will work with the client to develop a maintenance release schedule. The client will designate a single point of contact (POC) with an optional backup and will provide end-user first-level support. The vendor will provide Level 2 and 3 support of the product.
