The City of Lewiston is seeking bids to replace approximately 10,758 feet of sanitary sewer main in Basin 3A (downtown area from 5th to 13th St) using open‑trench or pipe‑bursting methods, with an optional scope (Alternative 1) of about 5,212 feet in Basin 3B (13th to 21st St) using similar techniques. The work includes removal and replacement of existing pipe, manhole rehabilitation, reconnection of services, surface restoration, by‑pass pumping, and extensive traffic control and site restoration.
