DA10--Staffing Software brand name or equal to Amion in support of VA Portland Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Portland Healthcare System is procuring a staffing‑scheduling software solution that must be either the Amion brand or an “equal” product that fully integrates with Amion Enterprise. The award will be made under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and the contractor must demonstrate technical compatibility, provide OEM authorization (if applicable), meet federal/VA security requirements, and be able to integrate voice‑communication systems. • Must integrate with Amion Enterprise (API, data import, real‑time sync) • Provide written verification of integration capability and prior Amion contract performance • Submit an OEM authorization letter unless the vendor is the OEM itself • Demonstrate live or documented integration with Amion scheduling data (demo to be scheduled by 08/25/2026) • Comply with FedRAMP or VA Technical Reference Model security standards (NIST SP 800‑53 Rev 5, VA Directive 6500, etc.) • Support voice‑communication integration (e.g., Vocera via SMTP) • Follow VA procurement procedures; all questions must be submitted per solicitation instructions
