81626Y0784-Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Support and Maintenance

The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) intends to enter into negotiations for a six-year agreement with Oracle America Inc. to provide maintenance and support for DOHMH's existing Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). The LIS is a system that was implemented throughout the entire Public Health Laboratory (PHL) to manage laboratory operations. Oracle America Inc. is the only vendor with the capacity to provide continued support and equipment maintenance to manage PHL operations. • The agreement is for a six-year period. • The estimated procurement value is $15,000,000.00. • The anticipated contract start date is 7/1/2026. • The anticipated contract end date is 6/30/2032. • Any firm that believes it can legally provide this maintenance and support for DOHMH's existing LIS is invited to submit an Expression of Interest directly to this RFI- EPIN 81626Y0784 no later than 2/17/2026 by 2:00 PM.
