Sterile Processing Medivator EndoDry Cabinet

The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 17 is seeking information from qualified businesses to provide a Medivator EndoDry Cabinet for the VA Valley Coastal Bend Harlingen Care Center. The cabinet is intended for use in drying Endoscopes/Colonoscopes and must meet specific requirements, including having HEPA filtered cabinet air and optional HEPA air purge. The contract will require the vendor to supply and deliver the item(s) and provide a standard warranty for at least one year. Interested parties must respond to the Sources Sought Notice via email by April 24, 2026, with detailed information about their company, capabilities, and experience. • The Medivator EndoDry Cabinet must have a minimum of 8 shelf capability and meet various workflow needs. • The cabinet must provide exact digital control of 50-104 degree Fahrenheit and compressed medical grade air. • The vendor must provide a warranty certificate stating the warranty period, terms, and information required to initiate the warranty. • The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's ability to meet the requirements outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW). • The vendor must coordinate delivery with the VA Logistics Warehouse and provide labeling of delivered items with the awarded contract number and VA purchase order number.
