Description
The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal-Corpus Christi Army Depot is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and software upgrades for Charmilles EDM RoboForm machines at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. The contractor must possess the requisite knowledge and OEM certifications necessary to perform machine maintenance and software updates. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be required to provide on-site quarterly preventive maintenance, emergency call-out repair service, and parts and materials support. The contractor must also adhere to CCAD regulations, including safety, security, fire, and environmental regulations.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing on-site quarterly preventive maintenance to CCAD's two Charmilles EDM RoboForm machines
• Providing on-site emergency call-out repair service to CCAD's two Charmilles EDM RoboForm machines
• Providing parts and materials support as needed to support down equipment during PM and repairs
• Adhering to CCAD regulations, including safety, security, fire, and environmental regulations
