Description
The Summit County Government is seeking a qualified contractor to design and execute a full renovation of the existing Water Quality Laboratory at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes demolition of existing lab finishes, replacement of casework, countertops, fume hood, sinks, lighting, flooring, ceiling systems, and minor carpentry, as well as interior painting, permitting, and hazardous‑material abatement. The contractor must provide both design services and construction execution, operate within regular business hours, and meet all insurance and indemnification requirements.
• Complete design‑build renovation of a municipal water‑quality laboratory
• Remove and replace all interior finishes, casework, fixtures, and mechanical equipment
• Provide permitting, hazardous‑material handling, and compliance with Colorado codes
• Submit a cost‑breakdown proposal by 2 Apr 2026, 2 pm MST; award expected 23 Apr 2026
