RACER Maintenance Support Service

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and sustainment support for four RACER Heavy Platforms. The contractor will be responsible for providing on-site field service representative support, preventive and corrective maintenance, management of a budget for replacement parts, and software support. The contractor will also be required to provide training to end-users and manage a comprehensive supply chain for all necessary parts and materials. The contract will be performed at Fort Hood, TX, and other temporary duty locations as required. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing maintenance and sustainment support for four RACER Heavy Platforms • Providing on-site field service representative support • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance • Managing a budget for replacement parts • Providing software support • Providing training to end-users • Managing a comprehensive supply chain for all necessary parts and materials • Performing work at Fort Hood, TX, and other temporary duty locations as required • Maintaining a high level of security and adhering to US Army regulations and guidelines.
