In accordance with Section 144(2)(e) of the Economic Development Law, the Office of the State Comptroller has granted an exemption. SUNY Upstate Medical University has requested and received an exemption from prior advertising to contract with Empire Recycling d/b/a Confidata for confidential document destruction services.
