Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide coffee‑equipment rental, installation, ongoing maintenance, and a full suite of consumable supplies for its facilities. The contract will cover the provision of Keurig‑style brewing machines, on‑call service, scheduled cleaning, and delivery of items such as K‑Cup coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cream canisters, paper cups, sugar substitutes, sugar canisters and stirrers. Vendors must submit detailed line‑item pricing and comply with required disclosures (Northern Ireland Fair Employment affidavit and Wage‑Theft disclosure). The bid must be submitted by July 7, 2026 3:00 PM, either electronically (if under $50 K) or in a sealed envelope.
