Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Kansas City District) is issuing a 100% small‑business set‑aside RFQ for custodial (janitorial) services at eight recreation areas around Harry S. Truman Lake in Missouri. Each package (Berry Bend, Bledsoe Ferry, Bucksaw, Long Shoal & Windsor Crossing, Osage Bluff & Fairfield, Shawnee Bend, Sparrowfoot & Cooper Creek, Thibaut Point) will be awarded separately. The base period runs 1 Apr 2027 – 31 Mar 2028 with two optional one‑year extensions, for a total possible performance of three years. Work includes daily cleaning of facilities, restocking consumables, litter removal, waste handling, and periodic deep‑cleaning, with a required on‑site Quality Control Plan, monthly invoicing, and compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
