Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide Real Property Inspection/Inventory services at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for conducting onsite inspections of real property, entering inspection results into GFEBS and physical files, maintaining accurate hand receipt listings of all real property facilities, and providing monthly status reports. The contract will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must have experience working with real property accountability and GFEBS, and must be able to meet the limitations on subcontracting in accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-14.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Conducting facility inspections in accordance with AR 405-45
• Maintaining physical files and GFEBS records
• Providing monthly status reports
• Maintaining accurate hand receipt listings of all real property facilities
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and access to classified information
