Business Continuity Plan Development & Logistics Support

The Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation is seeking a qualified firm to develop and update its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). The selected firm will conduct a Business Impact Analysis, develop recovery strategies, and assist in establishing a continuity facility solution. The firm will also provide training and conduct periodic drills to validate readiness. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months of the signed agreement.
