Chiller Flowmeter Installation

Chippewa Valley Technical College is seeking bids for the installation of two chilled water flowmeters with bypass piping and two bypass control valves to existing Chillers #1 and #2, as well as the replacement of existing temperature sensor wells and thermometers. The project must be completed on or before March 31, 2026. The flowmeters will be furnished by CVTC and installed by the contractor. Glycol must be added to the system as needed and will be furnished by CVTC. The vendor will partner with CVTC's onsite tradesman and contractors for this request, if applicable. The vendor will be responsible for handling all warranty claims with the distributor(s) and/or manufacturer(s) of the materials and products provided, if necessary. Key aspects of the project include: • Installation of two chilled water flowmeters with bypass piping and two bypass control valves • Replacement of existing temperature sensor wells and thermometers • Completion of the project on or before March 31, 2026 • Partnership with CVTC's onsite tradesman and contractors, if applicable • Handling of warranty claims with distributors and/or manufacturers, if necessary
