Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

Based on comparable municipal streetscape projects in Connecticut, a scope covering multiple streets, curb, sidewalk, lighting, drainage, and paving typically ranges from a few million dollars to mid‑single‑digit millions. Assuming a moderate‑size urban corridor (approximately 0.5–1 mile of work) and current regional construction rates, the contract value is likely between $2 million and $5 million. Factors influencing the final amount include exact quantities of pavement, lighting fixtures, drainage complexity, and any unforeseen site conditions.
