GSA Fleet Lease Vehicle Auction & Marshalling Services Richland, WA

The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) is seeking information from companies that can provide vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for Government vehicles. The services are required on or about June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 in Richland, WA. Interested parties must be located within 50 miles of the Richland, WA area and be the owner or legal lessee of the facility. The scope of work includes advising on optimal disposition strategy, performing full vehicle inspections, providing recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing, creating and executing marketing plans, and conducting a full and open competitive sales process. • The contractor will be responsible for auction and marshalling site tasks, including advising on disposition strategy, performing vehicle inspections, and providing customer service. • The contractor will also be responsible for marshalling only site tasks, including transporting vehicles, inspecting vehicles, and performing telematics device installation. • The contractor must have the ability to provide both auction and marshalling auction services or only marshalling services. • The contractor must have a facility annual capacity for marshalling and/or sales of Government vehicles. • The contractor must be able to provide information on their company, including contact information, registration in the System for Award Management, and NAICS code.
