Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide inactive duty training lodging and feeding support at various locations. The contractor will be required to provide lodging rooms and lunch meals for service members on a varying basis. The contractor will need to manage all lodging reservations and feeding needs with 3rd party hotel and feeding facilities. The contract will be a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a period of performance of 9 April 2026 through 31 March 2028. The BPA will be structured with fixed-price line items for each lodging location and time of year's nightly room rate, as well as for feeding at each location needed. The room and meal rates shall not exceed the GSA Per Diem rates for each locality and time of year. Some key points to note:
* The contractor will need to provide approximately 13-40 hotel rooms per location per drill weekend, with all rooms expected to be doubled.
* The contractor will need to provide approximately 14-24 lunch meals per day at each location, with some fluctuation expected.
* The contractor will need to manage all lodging reservations and feeding needs with 3rd party hotel and feeding facilities.
* The contract will be awarded to a single SBA-Certified Woman-Owned Small Business.
