Inmate Mattress Cores and Mattress Cover Material for Madison County Detention Facility

Madison County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide inmate mattress cores or fillers and cover material for the Madison County Detention Facility. The mattress cores must be made from linear low-density polyethylene and have an open framework or mesh design. The mattress cover material must be an ultra-high security four-ply correctional mattress ticking rated for use in correctional institutions. The bid must include all costs associated with providing these products, including shipping, handling, manufacturing, and any other costs. • The bid must be submitted on the provided bid form and must include all required documentation, including a certificate of compliance with economic boycotts, an unauthorized aliens affidavit, and a sworn affidavit of employer regarding unauthorized aliens. • The bid must be received by the bid opening date and time specified, and late bids will not be considered. • The County reserves the right to reject any part of any bid, to waive minor defects or technicalities, or to refuse all bids, as deemed necessary and in the best interest of the County.
