Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide lawn care maintenance services for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences Montgomery Laboratory. The contract will be for a period of approximately 315 days, from the time of award to September 30, 2026. The supplier will be responsible for providing lawn care services, including maintenance and upkeep of the laboratory's lawn. The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance.
• The solicitation is open for bidding from November 7, 2025, to November 13, 2025.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must provide a certification that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
