The U.S. Army is seeking a small‑business‑only contractor to modify 46 District of Columbia National Guard patrol vehicles with a complete emergency‑lighting and audible‑warning system that matches Metropolitan Police Department specifications. The work includes providing all labor, tools, materials, and supervision (except government‑furnished vehicles), performing installations, programming, testing, and delivering fully operational systems within an accelerated schedule (first two vehicles by 2 Oct 2026, remaining vehicles by 27 Nov 2026).
