Bldg C13 South Air Handler Replacement

The San Jacinto Community College District is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to replace three end-of-life roof-top air handlers with one large indoor air handler unit at the Central Campus, Building C13. The project estimate is approximately $613,000, and work is scheduled to start in July 2026 and be completed by April 2027. The scope of work includes replacing the air handlers, coordinating with the prime contractor, and ensuring compliance with the Contract Documents.
