North Dakota DOT is seeking a qualified equipment rental firm to provide three all‑wheel‑drive articulated wheel loaders and two large‑groove‑track dozers for its highway‑maintenance fleet during the 2026‑2027 construction/winter season. The contractor must deliver the equipment to four district locations by 1 May 2026, provide training, 24‑hour parts support, and emergency replacement capability, and maintain required insurance coverage. Payment is based on an hourly rental rate with a minimum of 100 hours per machine and a 70 %/30 % payment split. • Rental of 2 LGP track dozers (≈ 150 hp, ≈ 34 000 lb, ROPS, deluxe cab, hour‑meter, strobe, heaters).
• Delivery, training, 24‑hour parts, emergency replacement, and insurance compliance required; contract runs 1 May 2026 – 30 Apr 2027.
